Instructions:
Page One:
1. Pick chipboard letters for title. Paint letters Citrus green with paint dabber. Spray with Glimmer Mist Pearl. Set aside to dry.
2. Cut a 4”x 12” strip from right side of Alissa diagonal stripe paper so that it includes the flowers in the upper right hand corner. Ink edges with black ink. Attach to black cardstock about 1 ¾” from top of page with the flowers on the right side.
3. Cut a 5”x 10” strip from Alissa Look at Me blue circle paper. Ink edges and place GREEN side up about ¾” from left side of black cardstock and flush with the top of the page.
4. Cut a 5 ½”x 11” strip from Alissa Spunky stripe paper with stripes running vertically. Ink edges and place stripe side up a ½” from left edge of green paper and even with the top of the page.
5. Cut a 5 ½”x 7 ½” photo mat from Alissa Kissable pink paper. Ink edges and attach approximately 1” from right side of stripe paper and 1” from the top of the page.
6. Cut 1 ½”x 5 ½” black outlined journaling block from the bottom of the Alissa Cut Outs paper. Ink edges and place at bottom right corner of page slightly overlapping the bottom corner of the strip paper.
Page Two:
7. Cut 2 ½”x 12” strip from remainder of strip paper. Ink edges. Place BLUE side up on second sheet of black cardstock approximately 1” from top of page.
8. From remaining pink Alissa Kissable paper cut two photo mats measuring 3 ½”x 4 ½”. From remaining Alissa diagonal stripe cut a 3 ½”x 4 ½” photo mat. Ink edges of all three photo mats. Place one pink photo mat about 1 1/8” from the top (just below the top of the blue strip) and just over a ½” from left of page. Place diagonal photo mat about 1/8” below pink mat and attach the last pink photo mat an 1/8” below that one.
9. Cut egg shape from chipboard. Use remaining pattern paper to create stripes for egg. We will work from the bottom up and cut all the strips before adhering anything. Strips will need to cover the egg and do not need to be more than 7 ½” long. Do not attach to chipboard yet. Start with a 1 ½” strip of blue at the bottom. Cut a 2 ¾” strip from Alissa Twirls flower paper. Cut a 1 ½” strip of black paper. Cut a 2” strip of stripes paper with stripes running horizontally. Cut a 2 ¾” strip of pink paper. Cut an 1 ¾” strip from green paper.
10. Use your favorite border punches to punch the bottom of each strip (except the blue one that will be at the bottom.
11. Once all the borders have been punched, attach to chipboard with a strong adhesive. (I used a glue stick.) After strips are attached, trim paper to egg shape.
12. Ink the egg with black ink.
13. Attach black and white ribbon over pink strip and to the back of the egg.
14. Cut 3”x 3” black outlined journaling block from Alissa Cut Outs. Attach to bottom right of egg. Attach egg to black cardstock just to the right of the three photo mats.
15. Use scallop circle punch to punch two circles from pink paper highlighting the little white flowers surrounding the big flower and two circles from blue paper highlighting any of circle patterns surrounded by a black dot circle. Use circle punch to punch one circle from blue paper highlighting one of the black circle designs. Place green glitter brad in the center of the blue circle. Attach blue circle to one of the pink scallop circles with 3D adhesive or a pop dot. Attach to bottom right corner of black journaling block on egg.
16. Place remaining scallop circles on first page just below and the large pink photo mat and centered on the striped strip.
17. Attach title chipboard letters to title block at bottom right of first page.
18. Use pink and teal gems to add bling as desired on your layout!

Bonus Project: Girlfriends Purse
We will attach all paper then cut to fit purse shape.
1. Use remnant blue pattern paper, at least 4 ¼” long, to cover binding of purse. Attach with glue stick.
2. Use remnant black pattern paper, at least 5 ½” long, and punch along one side with desired border punch. Attach just above blue paper on binding on front of purse.
3. Glue another remnant blue paper to handle.
4. From the Alissa Cut Outs page find pink 6”x 6” square with blue scalloped circle. Cut two 3 ¼” strips from 6”x 6” block. Ink these pieces if desired. Attach one to the front of the purse overlapping the blue just below the handle and the black at the bottom. (Note: On an uncut sheet of Alissa Cut Outs, this would be a 6”x 6” square. Since we’ve used some pieces from the back for the layout this will not be a full square. The arch of the design will still be big enough to match the arch of the purse.)
5. Use scissors or an exacto knife and cutting mat to cut out paper around the shape of the chipboard purse.
6. Attach remnant pink paper at least 5 ½” long just above blue binding on the back of the purse.
7. Glue remnant black paper to handle on back of purse.
8. Glue second 3 ¼” strip from pink with blue scallop circle on the back of the purse, overlapping the black just under the handle and the pink at the bottom. Cut off excess paper with scissors or knife.
9. Cut blue outline journaling block from Alissa Cut Outs page. Ink with black ink and attach to center front of purse.
10. Cut 1 ½” from top of “girlfriends” journaling block from Alissa Cut Outs page. Ink edges. Attach on top of blue outlined journaling block just off to the left. (Any of the other phrases from the cut out sheet would work here or leave it blank for your own title!)
11. Punch one scallop circle out of blue and one plain 1 ¼” circle out of pink. Put a green glitter brad in center of pink circle. Attach pink circle to blue scallop circle with pop dots and attach the whole accent to the purse just below “girlfriends”.
12. Center and attach ribbon to the back of the back handle with a glue dot. Wrap ribbon around handle and tie!
13. Fill the purse with fun pictures and quotes and enjoy!
